Ingrédients:
Ail, huile de sésame, poivre noir moulu, sel, sauce soja light, un peu de sauce soja noire (dark), un peu d’eau.
Préparation:
1/ Décortiquez et déveiner les crevettes.
2/ Faites revenir l’ail, ajouter les crevettes, les asperges et les jeunes pousses de maïs. Faites revenir le tout quelques secondes. Ajoutez les épices et l’eau. Faites sauter en continu pendant quelques minutes.
